Planning for delivery, and recruiting your birth team is an integral part of preparing to bring your little one into the world. I am so thrilled that you are considering investing in your birth by hiring a doula!

What is a Birth doula?

A birth doula is a trained professional who provides non-medical continuous physical, emotional, and educational support to a mother and her husband. This care throughout the birth process helps them achieve a healthy, memorable, and satisfying birth experience.

As your photographer, I recognize the beauty that lies in birth, but as your doula - I recognize that your space needs to be honored, I am passionate about holding space and ensuring you have a positive and peaceful birth. As your doula, not only will I advocate for you but I will help you advocate for yourself because this is all about you and what YOU allow into your space for you to listen to your body and your own intuition.

I am on-call for every family that I support through unlimited text, call, and email support. You never have to go through things alone.
